To register and maintain an active account on jillf, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
One Account Per Person
Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) jillf account. Account Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. jillf relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Age Verification: jillf actively verifies the age of all registered Members during the KYC process. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended pending document submission. Any winnings generated by underage players will be forfeited and the account permanently closed.
jillf is required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR requirements to conduct identity verification on all Members. You acknowledge and agree to cooperate fully with jillf's KYC process.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jillf platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content; creating derivative works; scraping or data-mining the platform; reverse engineering any software; or using jillf's brand assets for any commercial purpose without express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jillf's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jillf platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that Member's jillf Account at the time the claim arises.
jillf shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) service interruptions caused by circumstances outside jillf's reasonable control including telecommunications failures, acts of God, government action, cyberattacks, or force majeure events; (d) loss or damage arising from a Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes jillf's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
jillf collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. The collection, storage, use, and sharing of your personal data is governed by jillf's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute, Members are encouraged to first contact jillf's customer support team to seek informal resolution. jillf will endeavor to resolve all support-level disputes within seven (7) business days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate regulatory body under PAGCOR's dispute resolution framework.
If dispute resolution through the above channels is not possible, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines competent to hear the relevant matter.
